Once your 100% pure USA Beeswax candle has burned down to the end, there will be left over wax. If you are local to the Gaston County area - please check out our Reuse Rebate to return your leftover wax to us and get a discount on your next purchase! If that is not an option, here is a list of alternative uses to use with your leftover wax:
Polish wooden furniture or leather shoes.
Waterproof canvas shoes or fabric.
Lubricate drawer tracks, doors hinges, windows sashes, tools, zippers.
Condition cutting boards.
Make beeswax food wraps.
Grease baking sheets (Yes! Beeswax is edible!)
Make homemade soap, balm, lotion, hair pomade with beeswax as an ingredient.
DIY crayons - just melt and add old crayon wax chips and let cool.
Fire starters - using a paper towel to clean up melted wax will saturate it and be an ideal way to start an outdoor campfire.
